How to play Cloud Pilot
Cloud Pilot is a free helicopter game about rhythm and precision. Hold the mouse, touchscreen, Space or Up Arrow to rise. Release to descend. Keep your helicopter clear of the cliffs, floating islands, hanging boulders and moving passages, and collect golden rings along the way.
- Every 200 m brings the next of six levels: faster flight and smaller rings. Fly above or below islands, glide beneath hanging boulders, and time the moving openings. Use short, steady holds. Your helicopter has momentum, so start a turn before you reach the obstacle.
- Your score combines distance flown and ring bonuses. Any part of the helicopter can collect a ring. Missed rings pass behind you. Build a chain for bigger bonuses.
- Try Zen flight to learn the controls. The route is wider and slower, but cliffs and obstacles still end your flight.
Before takeoff
Is the daily helicopter game the same for everyone?
Yes. The daily seed changes at midnight UTC. Everyone sees the same canyon and rings with the same physics. Your personal-best ghost is saved only on this device, not on a global leaderboard.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. Hold anywhere in the flight area or use the large lift button beneath it. You can also use fullscreen when your browser supports it. Tap Pause whenever you need a break.
What happens if I leave the tab?
The game pauses when the tab becomes hidden or loses focus. If browser storage is available, you can reload and resume. An expired daily flight is replaced by the new day’s course.
Do unlocked helicopters fly faster?
No. Unlocks are cosmetic paint colours. All players use the same flight physics in the same mode.
